BSI combines mesotherapy—where lipolytic agents like Phosphatidylcholine (PTC) and essential vitamins are injected into the middle skin layer (mesoderm)—with Carboxy-Pen therapy (FDA-approved CO₂ injections) to target and break down stubborn localized fat deposits, promoting both inch loss and skin tightening.
A standard BSI session spans 20 days and comprises three injections: one mesotherapy injection on Day 1 (after patch test and local numbing) and Carboxy-Pen injections on Days 7 and 15. Results typically include a loss of 1–4 inches per session. Most medium-sized patients opt for 3 sessions over a 45–60-day treatment period for optimal results.
Side effects are generally mild, including temporary redness, bluish marks, or light swelling for 1–3 days following treatment. An allergy patch test ensures your safety. However, BSI is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, critically ill, or have uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension.
Once inch loss is achieved, it can be permanent if you maintain your body weight. Celebrity Secrets also offers a “shape maintenance” program to help sustain long-term results.
